Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes — booking direct means you skip the platform service fees (which can add 12–20% on top of the listed price). You'll always get the best rate here.
Unfortunately we do not accept pets in our apartments. If you have any special requirements, please contact us directly and we'll see what we can do.
Tenerife South Airport (TFS) is approximately 20 minutes away by car or taxi. We recommend taking a taxi or pre-booking a transfer for convenience.
