Yes — a minimum stay applies and it varies by date and apartment. The booking calendar shows the exact rule for whichever check-in date you choose.

Yes. A refundable damage deposit of €200 is collected on arrival and returned in full at check-out, provided there is no damage and nothing is missing. It is separate from the accommodation price and is never charged through the website.

Cancel more than 30 days before check-in for a full refund of what you paid online. Between 30 and 14 days, you get 50% back. Inside 14 days the payment is non-refundable. If you chose the 30% deposit option, that deposit is non-refundable at any point. Full details are on our terms page.

We meet you at the apartment in person to hand over the keys and show you around. A few days before you travel we will message you to agree an arrival time, so tell us your flight details if you know them.

Yes, late arrivals are fine — we just need to know in advance. Tell us your flight number or expected arrival time when you book, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will be there to meet you.

It varies by apartment, so check the amenity list on each apartment page — it is accurate. Compostela Beach and Compostela Premium have air conditioning; Studio Borinquen has lift access. If a specific feature matters to you, message us before booking and we will confirm.

Yes, we can usually provide a travel cot at no extra charge — just ask in the special requests box when you book, or message us. Let us know as early as you can so we can have it ready in the apartment before you arrive.

Pool access, WiFi, and free parking where the apartment has it. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the end-of-stay clean is included. The only thing collected separately is the refundable €200 damage deposit on arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, ask us — we will do our best, subject to the cleaning schedule and the next booking.

Yes. Booking here skips the platform service fees that Airbnb and Booking.com add on top of the nightly rate, which are typically 12–20%. The price you see in our calendar is the price you pay.

We do not accept pets in our apartments. If you have an assistance animal, contact us directly and we will find a way to help.

Tenerife South Airport (TFS) is about 20 minutes away by car or taxi. A taxi costs roughly €30. If you would rather pre-book a transfer, tell us and we can point you to a reliable local company.
