This site uses as little browser storage as it can get away with. No advertising cookies are set and no page counter is recorded until you accept the cookie banner. Google’s advertising tag is present on the page, but it is switched off (Google Consent Mode) until you accept.
What we store
- tjConsent — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we stop asking. Stored until you clear your browser data.
- An anonymous page-view counter, recorded on our own server only if you accept. It counts visits per page and holds no personal data.
Nothing is recorded until you answer the banner. If you decline, no counter is sent at all.
Third parties
Two third parties can set their own cookies, and only when you actively choose to use them:
- Stripe — when you proceed to payment. Stripe uses cookies for fraud prevention. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Google Ads — we run ads for the apartments, and this tag tells us which ads lead to a booking. It loads with the page but in Google Consent Mode, with advertising cookies and data sharing denied. Until you accept, Google receives only basic cookieless signals (such as the page address and your browser type) and sets no advertising cookies. If you accept, cookies and conversion measurement are switched on; if you decline, they stay off.
- Google Maps — the location maps on the apartment and contact pages load with the page, and Google may set its own cookies when they do.
Google Fonts are served from Google’s servers to render the site typefaces.
Changing your mind
Clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit, letting you choose differently.
